  HEALTHY SHOPPING LIST

When you want to start a healthy shopping list, you first have to start off with your vegetables. That is extremely important, because vegetables hold a lot of nutrients and greens are very good for you. Then you'll move onto your proteins, yes you need to eat meat, fish and some nuts. Nuts are really good for you. Then you can finish off with some fruits and a little bit of sweets, but nothing to unhealthy. These are just my suggestions, you can buy something similar to this if you please.

VEGETABLES
*Celery

*Peas

*Lettuce

*Tomatoes

*Asparagus

*Carrots

* Squash

*Zucchini



*Eggplant

PROTEINS
* Turkey Breast 

*Fish(tuna, salmon, the fresh stuff) 

*Tofu

*Beans

*Eggs

*Yogurt

*Nuts(peanuts, cashews, Almonds, etc)

FRUITS
*Watermelon

*Apples

*Bananas 

*Peaches

Healthy eating starts with just the right mine set. We all want to eat healthy, however we may not have the funds at the moment or it takes up to much time. This happens for many of us, who are trying to transition from unhealthy eating to healthy eating. It all starts with the right mind set, because there are times where it's more mind over matter. it's better to start off small until your whole diet is substituted fro healthy meals. 

What to make with leftover chicken

*Grilled Chicken with grilled vegetables

*Baked Chicken with an ice cream scoop of rice and veges on the side

*Pasta and chicken (baked)

*Lemon Chicken and vegetables(string beans, carrots, lettuce)

*Cooked chicken, using vegetable oil and brown rice





Steps
1. Substitute certain foods for healthy ones. Such as fries for carrots.
2. Make a healthy lunch
3. Starting shopping at farmers markets for your fruits and vegetables 
4. Begin cooking your own meals 
5. If you cannot find recipes, purchase a cookbook or find a recipe online. 
6. Start by making and cooking a healthy meal.
7. Eventually you'll transition what you eat from unhealthy to healthy. 
8. Grilling your dinner is also a great way to start eating healthy, instead of fried food.

 
When we start thinking that we can get healthy we start to work on it more. When you want to make a change it can be hard, but it definitely can be done. It takes time for these things to change automatically, but eventually you'll start to feel better, and the change will become evident. Your in charge of your body, and your health is extremely important. It all takes that one time for you to see that getting healthy only benefits you in the end. And no you don't have to just it fruits, vegetables, grain, and other healthy items. You can always try to balance it out, where maybe once every two weeks you can go out to eat.

Making Doll Clothes

Making Doll Clothes is easy and Fun to do
Start off with a few things
  • Thread
  • Needle
  • Scissors 
  • Old Clothes 
  • Or Fabric
  • A doll 
  • Measuring Tape 
  • Tape
  It can be any color of thread, and the size of the needle is up to you.

use an old shirt, or pants that you do not want anymore. Start by placing the doll on top of the shirt and drawing a shirt or pants you want the doll to have. You'll have to draw the clothes a little bigger than the doll, because when your sewing it, it will get smaller and fit the doll better. Or you can cut out clothes that fit the doll and use tape and stick it on the back of the clothing to that it can be fitted. Dresses are the easiest to make but don't just try and make a dress, go all out and make shirts, pants, shorts, and skirts.


Here is a small Dress I made using Scissors,Needle and Thread. The Fabric is something I bought from the fabric store. It's a small feather type fabric. Don't worry if the cut isn't straight or how clothes should look, because you want to remember to have fun and don't worry about getting it completely right.

Cool Banners


So I started off by signing up for http://www.bannersnack.com/en/

This is a free site and you can make as much banners as you like, although you are limited to a few things.
You can create any type of banner you like and make it as flashy or as simple, like mines as you want. You pick the height the font, colors, and websites you would like to use.

Here's how the first part looks. You can choose different settings, add text, image, clipart,button,video, play slide and add color. You can make it look however you want it to look, it all depends on how you want it to look.





After your done making everything look how you want it too, you preview it first so that you can make sure there are no mistakes. Then press update and you can publish it, you can make it public or private.
When it all looks good, go ahead and press update. After this is done your banner is up there for everyone to see or just for you to see. If you want to have others see it, then you need to start by putting your ad all over. Such as social media(twitter, facebook, pinterest, etc). Copy your banner and paste it onto your social media page for everyone to see, and there you go.
